Because each person has different experiences and goals for therapy, therapy will be different depending on the individual. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which focuses on changing unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviors to improve the client's quality of life. Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence-based type of cognitive-behavioral therapy, for clients who have a history of trauma.

In-Person Counseling

if you prefer a face-to-face setting for therapy.

Virtual Counseling
Virtual counseling sessions are great for individuals who require more flexibility as therapy can be accessed from any location. This is a wonderful way to connect with a therapist and an equally beneficial format as face-to-face.
